Merge PDFs
Add PDF files, and images too if you like, put them in the order you want, and get one PDF. The pages are copied inside your browser, so your original files are not uploaded. File names, sizes, page counts and the result are recorded to prevent illegal use, and images you add are recorded with a small preview.
- Your files stay on this device.
- Text and pictures in each PDF are copied as they are.
- You can add up to 50 files, 200 MB in all.
- PDFs protected with a password cannot be merged. Remove the protection first.
- What you see on each page stays the same. Bookmarks and fillable form fields are not carried over.
- Each image becomes one page. JPG photos are not compressed again.
Questions people ask
Are my PDFs uploaded?
No. Your browser reads the PDFs and writes the new file on your own device. To prevent illegal use, we record the file names, sizes, page counts and the result. If you add images, a small preview of each image is recorded too.
How many files can I merge?
Up to 50 files at a time, 200 MB in all. You can mix PDFs and images (JPG, PNG, WebP and others), and each image becomes one page.
Why does it say a file cannot be merged?
The PDF may be protected with a password, damaged, or not really a PDF. Open a protected PDF with its password, save a copy without protection, then add that copy.
Do bookmarks and forms stay?
Everything you see on the pages stays as it is, including text, pictures and fonts. Bookmarks, fillable form fields and attached files are not carried over.
Is it free?
Yes. Merging PDFs is free and needs no sign-up.
