What we record

When you open a page we record the time, your IP address, your browser details (User-Agent), where you came from (Referer), the address you opened, and whether the visit was a search or AI bot. There are no accounts, so we keep no member data.

Booking tool

The booking & waitlist tool stores the guest name (or nickname), any contact details and note the guest enters, and the IP addresses of the organizer and guests. Contact details are visible only to the organizer (management link) and to admins. They are deleted 30 days after the last time slot, or when the organizer deletes the event. Tool-use records are kept separately as described below.

Why

To see that the site works, to learn which tools people use, and to stop attacks and spam.

How long

Page visit records are deleted after 180 days, and their IP addresses are shortened after 30 days. Visits to short links (QR, poll, meeting time and so on) are recorded with a shortened IP address from the start. However, opening a short link (for example scanning a QR code) is also written to the tool-use records below with the full IP address, so illegal use can be traced. Tool-use records (below) are kept separately for 365 days with the full IP address. Our web server (nginx) keeps its own log for 30 days.

What you type into tools

To prevent illegal use and to check problems, we record what you enter and what you make with each tool (for example the text in a QR code, the numbers in a calculation, poll or question text, the name and size of a shared file, and a small preview for images), together with your IP address, browser details, where you came from and the time. We keep these records for 365 days and only admins can see them. Files shared with File drop may be opened by an admin when they are reported or when the law requires it. The content of share links themselves is deleted after the period shown on each tool.

Cookies

We remember the language you picked (ad_lang) for one year. Polls and Q&A rooms put a random number in a cookie so one browser gets one vote or like. Lists of your management links (QR codes, polls, bookings and so on) are kept in your browser storage (localStorage) and are not sent to us. We do not use ad or tracking cookies.

Sharing

We do not sell or hand over records. If you choose a language other than English or Korean in the menu, you go to a Google Translate page and Google's policy applies there.
