Photo and manuscript proofing
Show photos and manuscripts to your client with a private link. They pick, ask for changes on each one and approve. You upload new versions and deliver the originals as a ZIP.
Proofing is for members with a pass
Log in and get a Proofing pass to start. Here is how it works:
- Start a project and upload photos (JPG, PNG, WebP) or PDF manuscripts.
- Send the private link. Your client sees smaller previews, with a PROOF watermark if you want.
- Your client picks, writes a change request on each item, or approves everything. You upload new versions.
- Deliver the originals as a ZIP the client can download until the day you choose.

What is uploaded, picked, commented or downloaded is recorded to prevent illegal use: IP address, browser, time and file name.

What does my client see?
Your client opens a private link. They see smaller previews made on our server (with a PROOF watermark if you turn it on), not the originals. PDF manuscripts can be downloaded to read.
How do changes and versions work?
The client can pick items, write a change request on each one, or approve everything. When you upload a new version of an item it gets the next version number, and the client reviews it again.
How do I deliver the originals?
Press Deliver and choose 7, 14 or 30 days. The same client link then shows a button to download the newest version of each item (or only the picked ones) as a ZIP. The project stays until you delete it.
Who can use it?
Members with a Proofing pass. The pass gives 1 GB and the Pro pass 5 GB, with files up to 200 MB. If your pass ends, nothing is deleted: client links and delivery ZIPs keep working, but you cannot start projects or upload until you have a pass again. We record uploads, client actions and downloads (IP address, browser, time, file name) to prevent illegal use.
